| I need to obtain my CE credits ASAP. What can I do? |
The fastest way to earn CE credits is to order online and complete the courses online. Once you place your order you will have immediate access to the courses. Once you submit your answers you will get immediate results and can print your certificate.

| Do the individual state packages offer all the mandatory courses I need? |
Most likely but check with your state dental board. Our packages only include the courses you are allowed to take through home-study.

| Can I substitute courses in the packages for other courses? |
At this time, we are unable to substitute courses in the packages.

| What if I fail a course? |
If you do not pass with 70% or better (Ohio licensees must pass with 75% or better), you will have the opportunity to retake the course 2 additional times at no charge. If after 3 attempts you still do not obtain a passing grade you will need to pay to retake the course.

| Do the courses expire? |
Courses expire 2 years from the date of purchase. Credit or refunds cannot be granted for expired courses.

| My customer number is not located on my receipt. Where can I get it? |
If you ordered from us before December 1, 2006 then your receipt will not have your customer account number on it. You can call customer service at 800-654-7134 to get your information.
